In May 2017 I launched Sauceman, a range of homemade spicy sauces made in my North London kitchen. The sauces are inspired by my Surinamese heritage and my love for Asian food.
You can find the first sauce of the range, a spicy kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), on the shelves of several independent shops in the UK, Belgium and Nigeria, with loads more in the pipeline.
